The official, originally copyrighted designs and prints of designer & artist Kristiyan-Daniel ensure a maximal focus upon both physical and digital quality—with sincere and distinct care, focus, thoroughness, detail, time, effort, and technical and artistic craft imbued into each premium product.

  • As such, if a print or visible quality error occurs, a replacement or refund is ensured.
  • For any such quality concerns, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This brief, simple step will assist in providing a timely resolution.
  • An important note is as follows: products in the official store are designated as “made-to-order” [in specific terms of production/manufacturing] especially for you—as a direct result, this denotes that general or sizing-related returns are not available.

Payment

Currently accepted methods include the following:

  • Credit/debit cards;
  • PayPal;
  • Google Pay;
  • and Apple Pay.

Cancellation/amendment

  • Please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Replacement

  • Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, thirty (30) days are provided to address any quality issues.

Anomalies

For fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print, possibly damaged area, or anomaly of the item in question. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Returns

  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
  • Credit/debit card: Any refunds processed via your card will show back up in your bank account within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank.

International

  • International orders (outside of the U.S.) may be subject to additional fees, including import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and calculation in advance at this time is not an option. For more information regarding the customs policies of your host country, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is imposed on your package, the responsibility of its payment falls solely on your behalf.
